About the Role
We are currently looking for a Front Office Coordinator who will serve as the company's face and a key support function in daily operations. This role is perfect for you who enjoy having many contact points, are solution-oriented, and thrive on providing high-level service.
As a Front Office Coordinator, you are responsible for creating a professional and welcoming impression for customers, suppliers, and visitors. You handle the company's switchboard, incoming emails, and mail, receive visitors, and ensure that daily administration runs smoothly.
You will also be responsible for practical and administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, work clothes, and lunches, booking travel, and distributing marketing materials. If needed, you will also support the finance department with simpler administrative tasks and invoicing.
The role is varied and requires you to enjoy switching between different tasks while having the ability to prioritize and create structure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the switchboard, incoming emails, and mail
- Receive customers, suppliers, and visitors
- Order office supplies, work clothes, and lunches
- Handle distribution of marketing materials
- Book travel and other practical arrangements
- Support the finance department with simpler invoicing and administration
- Ensure that offices and shared spaces are well-organized and presentable
About You
You are a positive, energetic, and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others and building good relationships. You have an egalitarian approach and see it as a given to contribute where needed, whether it's supporting a colleague, keeping the kitchen tidy, or solving a practical problem that arises during the day.
You are structured and orderly, good at planning and prioritizing, and can handle multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus. At the same time, you are not afraid to ask for help when needed and are happy to provide support to others when they need it.

Requirements:
- Experience in similar tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working with business systems
It is an advantage if you speak other languages in addition to Swedish and English.
